Terms of Service

Last updated 22 October 2026

These terms apply when you use quakeship.com, create a Quakeship account, or use a Quakeship product through it. Quakeship is an independent software business in India, run by Chandrasekhar Sahoo as a sole proprietorship (“Quakeship”, “we”). By creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Your account

Using Quakeship fairly

Don’t use Quakeship to break the law or harm others. In particular, don’t:

Products and limits

Each product may set its own usage limits or additional terms, which we show you before you use it. Free products and trials are offered as they are, and we may change their limits, or change or retire a product, as Quakeship grows. We’ll give account holders reasonable notice of changes that take something away.

No Quakeship product currently charges through the website. If we introduce paid plans, their price and terms will be shown before you pay.

Your content

Anything you submit to a Quakeship product stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to process it, show it to the people you share it with, and return the result to you.

Quakeship Auto

These extra terms apply when you use Quakeship Auto. “You” means the person using Auto, and, where you act for a business, that business too.

What Auto is

Customer data

What we do with that data

We store and process the data you keep in Auto on your behalf, only to run Auto for you. We:

Links you share

Customer car links, catalogues, document links and resell links open for anyone who has the link. You choose who to send them to. Once sent, we can’t control where a link goes, so turn off any link you no longer want working. Document and resell links also stop on their own when they expire.

Your business

Pausing and deleting

We may pause or delete an account, a business in Auto, or anything in it that breaks these terms or puts other users or our systems at risk. Where it’s safe to, we’ll pause it first, tell you why and give you a chance to respond. While paused, it can’t be used and its links don’t open. Deleting it never removes what other people still work with, such as a car you shared with a business.

No warranty

We work hard to keep Quakeship reliable, but it’s provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Check any output you rely on for something important.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Quakeship isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose and ₹1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be heard by the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Changes

When these terms change, we update this page and its date, and email account holders about significant changes before they take effect. Continuing to use Quakeship after that means you accept the new terms.
